Mana Power Vinyasa

This is an all levels class that is designed to ignite your inner fire using the flow of vinyasa as you transition through a series of asanas specifically designed to leave you feeling challenged and invigorated. You will focus on whole body movements linked to breath to restore balance and energy flow in the body. Power Vinyasa will be offered heated or non heated. Classes will either be 75 minutes or 60 minutes.

Mana ~ Mana is a form of spiritual energy and also healing power which can exist in places, objects, and persons. It is the Hawaiian belief that there is a chance to gain mana and lose mana in everything that you do. Mana is often possessed or gained through Pono (balance) actions, reflecting the balance that exists in the world and humanity's responsibility toward maintaining that balance.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

This is an all levels class that is slower paced than the Power Vinyasa. The poses will be held for a longer period of time. Slow flow allows you to land in a pose and experience a depth of communication with the body.

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for longer periods of time. It may range from 2 minutes to 4 minutes. Yin yoga is a gentle and passive style of yoga that will leave you feeling relaxed and serene. 

Power vinyasa advanced

Ryan brings over 2000 hours of teaching experience to powerfully and safely lead yogis into more advanced asana, pranayama, and consciousness expanding practices. Every class will be different and will reflect what’s present.

All Levels vinyasa

Vinyasa means flow and different postures are linked together through flow. All levels means any yoga practitioner at any level of experience can attend (from beginner to advanced). Our experienced teachers will provide modifications for newer students and offer more advance options for the seasoned yogi.

Yoga Basics

Yoga basics is a class for students who are new to yoga or any practitioner that would like to work the fundamentals of the postures. Yoga basics will teach the fundamentals of a yoga practice in a non intimidating and nurturing environment.
